I would give them no star or even negative score if possible. Really bad customer service, it’s a rip off lender, they charge people interest daily, their staff are bad at communicating people’s pay off amount, they alaways have some kind of excuses to charge you more. I was helping out my sister with her loans and this is such a bad lender for anyone. If you need loans go to banks more than these dishonest small companies. They just want your money but they kept saying they’re there to help you in time of need. Horrible ser... read more
