The team is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. They solve issues quickly and efficiently. They are easy to work with and it is like having our own IT department. It was a great decision to have Solution Builders handle all our IT needs.

Tom has tons of knowledge towards what he does and you can tell he has a passion for helping others as well. The staff at Solution Builders are always responsive, polite, and if they don't know they will tell you they don't know and then call you back with a solution. Also, we are an office of end-users with varying computer knowledge and skills, and we all experience the greatest patience and respect from the SB team.
Deng and all of the team at Solution Builders have consistently been helpful and responsive. Issues are always fixed in a timely manner
Solutions Builders continues to deliver an incredibly high level of support as our outsourced IT service provider. I had an issue with VPN access late in the afternoon and a member of their support team, Shawn, was able to help immediately. Highly recommended.
