It seems like the only things that get the attention and response of Soltva management are poor reviews or loss of money. Multiple times cars park in tenants reserved spots with no consequences. Calls do not get forwarded on neither logged in the system. See past reviews, this is not a singular experience. Consider this when you are about to reserve a parking spot for $125 a month when apparently you can snag one for free and not be towed.
