Delivered here and the apartments looks so so good. They have great moving specials too!
So unprofessional. We just went to their office at 3:30 on a Sunday (official closing time: 5:00). As soon as we entered she says "I did 9 tours today, so go online and schedule a tour for another day." I wasn't aware these companies have daily quotas that, as soon as met, they start refusing showing apartments. Don't want my business because of your staff laziness? Perfectly fine to go elsewhere.
I would not recommend Soltra as a good place to live. The staff is nice enough until you have a legitimate issue, then suddenly they ghost and won’t help you. I have been dealing with non-stop noise from the pool equipment room that my bedroom wall unfortunately backs up to, and they came out and checked it once and never returned. The plumber they told me was coming also never showed. This was almost 3 weeks ago. Emails go unanswered and you can never get ahold of anyone on the phone. The staff go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy, and the property is always kept in great condition. I really appreciate how peaceful and welcoming it feels here. Highly recommend!
