Absolutely awful. John Cissel, the owner, is neither professional nor decent. I have used Soltman for thirty years, but I would never use them again.

We had a wonderful experience......the service man was very nice and explained everything in detail and for the first time I felt that I was not being taken to the cleaners with extra charges. He replaced the filter and checked to make sure everything was working in order. 89.00 for the inspection and 48.00 for a new filter. Yes we would for sure call them again. :-)

Make sure before allowing any work to be performed you KNOW exactly what you are getting into. I scheduled a free sales estimate that turned into an 89.00 service call to tell us what we already knew that the AC unit was old and not worth repairing, hence why I scheduled a free estimate on a new system. Thanks for nothing.
