Solterra assisted living was recently purchased by another company. Since that time they have reduced staff and the quality of their services has declined. They also have had a difficult time passing state inspections. If you are looking to place a loved one in an assisted living facility, please use due diligence when inquiring at this facility.

We may have a slightly different’ take’ on our home here at Solterra. For twenty-five years we lived within a stone’s throw of here. We watched these building being built. As the building went up it was obvious that this was a substantial project and not some shoddy ‘fill in this corner lot’ effort. The transformation at Solterra at Chandler is AMAZING! There is a “new” team doing magical things for the residents. For a year I have watched the culture, the care, and love for the residents refined by the staff led by Dr Charles. The residents, family members, and visitors all have noticed and commented on the changes. I am sad to have to write such a poor review because Solterra started as such a nice facility. The truth is that the care for my father declined drastically and we were forced to move him to a new facility in the end stages of his life. It became apparent that Solterra was no longer able or willing to provide the care he needed to even remain comfortable. The entire team works tirelessly to provide for each and every resident, their families, and each other. It has been so much fun to work with these dedicated professionals. Great place for seniors looking to live the best life possible. Like I always say, it's like being on a cruise ship here at Solterra at Chandler.
