I’m giving 3 stars only because the maintenance team was truly excellent - they were always responsive and quick to fix anything that came up, no questions asked. That’s the only positive thing I can say. Unfortunately, the overall living experience was disappointing. The grounds were often dirty - many dog owners didn’t clean up after their pets, and my child stepped in dog feces twice. Zahi and Mitchell have been incredible. Solterra should definitely keep these men around. He was so informative about “why” Solterra beats any other apartment complex to call home. This is a community where everyone watches out for everyone and he knew their names and I felt home without even living there. The leasing process was absolutely seamless. So I am confident the move in process will be similar. I am looking forward to calling this place home. If you tour this complex ask for Zahi or Mitchell.

Jorge and Mitchell were so helpful in making it easy to get my new apartment since I’m moving from out of state. They answered all my questions and the apt is just how it looks on the photos-amazing! The clubhouse is huge and I feel like I can actually enjoy the amenities. Maintenance is super attentive. Thank you to the Solterra team!
