Jorge and Mitchell were so helpful in making it easy to get my new apartment since I’m moving from out of state. They answered all my questions and the apt is just how it looks on the photos-amazing! The clubhouse is huge and I feel like I can actually enjoy the amenities. Maintenance is super attentive. Thank you to the Solterra team!
A great community at a great location. You can tell that the community is well maintained, and ran exquisitely by Mitchell, the property manager. I have toured the community twice and he's been kind enough to show us a number of available units. Apartments are clean with quality finishes and surprising amount of space considering they're only one-bedroom apartments. Many also have great views. Unlike many other communities, you can tell that maintenance, communication and reinvestment are top-notch.
The staff and management do so much to foster a community here, provide benefits to the residents, and maintain the amenities. They bring food trucks over every week, offer free breakfasts, host raffles, maintain library and toy donations, keep an active line of communication every month on what they're planning next, offer car cleaning, provide surveys and respond to feedback, etc. Most importantly though I actually felt listened to and treated like a person while I lived here. Their management team is phenomenal. Ms Abigail is a rockstar and goes out of her way to take care of potential tenants.
Abby had been a great help in the community. She is very patient with everyone and I just moved in here and I am already loving it. Thanks Abby keep up the good work
