Dr soltanpour is professional, knowlagable ,a good listener, he has accurate diagnosis. I appreciate that he spent time on my MOM and Dad as his patients. The diagnosis is so accurate and helpful. He explained completely and professionally. I had 3 different Drs They all accept his result completly.
I only started going to this eye doctor cause my father goes so we could go to appointments together since there was downtown staff over there was very plansent this new location staff experience is very unpleasant and unprofessional and rude at the front desk. Every time I go the eye doctor “gives” me a diagnosis that I don’t have and one thing to know about going to this place is APPOINTMENT TIME don’t mean anything its first come first service kind of over this place probably be looking for a new doctor soon.
My experience with Dr Soltanpour was good I dealt he was thorough and friendly. I’ve had some difficulties with his billing person she was rude and very condescending,unprofessional and she needs some people skills. She yelled and screamed at me and canceled my appt because she couldn’t get the insurance information right we had this problem 6 months ago,six months later still having issues but this time she yelled and screamed at me because I was trying to explain the issue. Dr. Soltanpour is truly an angel on earth. You can tell when someone is passionate about their craft. He is pleasant, patient and extremely talented. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else. Thanks again Dr. Soltanpour for all your help and for being an amazing human being.
