I have never had an issue with Solstys. Rick is our service guy. He always calls when he is on his way and does exactly as I ask. I have had to call between quarterly visits due to the rain and have never been charged. Customer service has always treated us right!
Really poor services with this company. To Begin with I was brought aware of this company when they first introduce them self in Henry County, GA. Sales rep came to my location and went over their services, at that time I was with Different Pest Company, I was promised services at time of contract signing which obviously was no where close to it when service was actually performed. billing can not get payments credited, scheduled appts are 1 month before due. B=Very disappointed.
Solstys is the way to go! I looked into many different pest control companies and found this one was very reasonably priced and the customer service is great! All the techs have been very friendly and efficient and have gone out of their way to help. I had a week where I was seeing a ton of ants in my garage and all I had to do was call in the office and they were here a few days after to respray....and haven't had any problems since!
The best pest control company I've had the pleasure to work with. Nothing but the best of things to say about this company. The technician, very helpful and didn't push anything that wasn't necessary. The company is one of the younger pest solution companies out there, but they don't let that stop them. 5 stars job guys.
