This place at first experience your first week maybe a little getting used to . If you work the program and trust in it you will see results! I’ve had an experience that brought me to be more disciplined and have structure also learned DBT Skills that I have gained and utilized even after Treatment. Solstice is a place I’ll never forget and recommend.

After several years of in patient and out patient at various facilities, this is the first place that has been able to make a substantial impact with treatment of a loved one. The staff shows a genuine investment in the people who come there for help. They include family in the process to make sure that everyone is on the same page with the proper treatment. If you or a loved one is experiencing depression, anxiety, or substance abuse, specific disabilities, or other mental health condition, this is the place to be. The groups are wonderful, and you will learn so much that helps you in the outside world and in everyday life. If there is one thing I want people to know, it’s that the staff, program aides, and case managers truly care. They make you feel safe and are very easy to talk to. I definitely has some amazing experiences and some that were tough— but the staff is what kept me going. I have to specifically shout out Kara, if the was a rating for her I would give her a 10/5. She is the specific reason I kept showing up each day. She gave me counsel, hope, and honestly a reality check when I needed it. I can’t even express the impact she had on my treatment and overall life. Without Kara’s presence I probably would have just allowed myself to be a lost patient.
