I should have trusted the bad reviews, and not had my loved one come here. I had very high hopes for my loved one coming here, and thought this would be helpful sense my loved on never did a residential program after being in inpatient for a crisis. My loved one came here directly after being in a inpatient hospital, but as soon as my loved one got here, I noticed the lack of integrity here and the unethical way my loved ones care was handled and how I was treated also. Did not get my daughter the proper medical care.
I have a family member here and he's getting lots of help from the nurse and support here at solstice and is doing well.
I should have read all of the low reviews before selecting this center for my daughter to do Residential treatment. I am already regretting it. Update 2.23.26: I am changing my review, the staff are very responsive to helping with concerns and try to resolve them. I am hopeful for the remainder of her time therw.
They were not able to get a patient stabilized in 30 days. Medication is not their forte. The caseworker, Tina was great but no help with the others on the team. Britten D has it wrong. It was the patient that had allergic reactions not the family to several medications that Solstice provided and never alerted Brown Pharmacy or me. It was the facility repeating the same medication for over a month from another facility that did not work.
