I cannot even begin to explain what MacKenzie has done for me. I finally feel like me. I know that sounds cliché but it is true. She encourages you to feel your absolute best. She'll actually listen to what you know works for you and what doesn't and adjusts medicines etc accordingly. I literally followed her from another practice; that's how amazing she is! I cannot say enough good things here; you'll have to find out for yourself.
Mackenzie is the first psychiatric provider that I feel has really taken time to listen to me and problem solve with me. Even when I felt "fine" she encouraged me to continue working towards actually feeling GOOD! I can't explain how much my view on psychiatric care has changed because of the care I received from Mackenzie. She really cares and wants to help! Obviously, I highly recommend her!
