Lisa is the absolute best. I do not know anyone else that can do what she does and I have seen many specialists. She is special. She has helped me transform my body. If you are unfamiliar with myofascial release like I was, it is worth looking into.
Dr Lisa is amazing! When I first started seeing her, I was considering buying a wheelchair because getting around was getting harder and more painful. Now, not only am I able to do errands without assistance but I'm able to do gardening and other activities which I had thought were gone forever!
Dr. Lisa Wilcox is a miracle worker! I have experienced chronic pain for decades and I have done so many things to alleviate the pain with limited results. I had resigned myself to a life of chronic pain, then I found Dr. Lisa Wilcox. Her myofascial release technique has changed my life. I feel like I have a different body and I have consistent pain-free days for the first time in so long. I can participate in activities I couldn't before because of pain. I highly recommend Dr. Wilcox; she is amazing.
Lisa at Solstice Physical Therapy has a sixth sense about her. The feelings she reads as she moves her hands to relieve pain is amazing. I was in pain and took a chance to see if the myofascial release technique could help. It has... she has helped me so much. Lisa, is the best physical therapist I have worked with. I have been in and out of PT since 2010 for my lowerback/hips and she's the first one that's given me long term relief. She really does care, she wants the best for her clients and wants them to get better! She provides exercises for her Clients as well so they can continue to improve and have the tools to fix themselves if the injury resurfaces. I highly recommend her to anyone that has gone to multiple physical therapists and nothing seemed to work.
