Lisa at Solstice Physical Therapy has a sixth sense about her. The feelings she reads as she moves her hands to relieve pain is amazing. I was in pain and took a chance to see if the myofascial release technique could help. It has... she has helped me so much. Lisa not only relieves pain during our hour long sessions, she also gives me exercises to complete at home that have helped with my relief. Thank you, Lisa!
Lisa is the absolute best. I do not know anyone else that can do what she does and I have seen many specialists. She is special. She has helped me transform my body. If you are unfamiliar with myofascial release like I was, it is worth looking into.
Lisa with Solstice Physical Therapy is simply amazing. She is so genuine and so good at what she does. I went to her with multiple issues and each time she was able to help treat each issue and by the third time I felt like myself again. And she did all treatments pain free and I actually was able to enjoy the process. I feel so grateful for Lisa and her incredible knowledge, if I have any pains she is my go-to therapist. I highly recommend her!!
Dr Lisa is amazing! When I first started seeing her, I was considering buying a wheelchair because getting around was getting harder and more painful. Now, not only am I able to do errands without assistance but I'm able to do gardening and other activities which I had thought were gone forever!
