Solstice on the Park has been a great place to live as a UChicago student. The building has beautiful rooms, a nice community feel, and it’s comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Juaria, the building manager, is super nice and helpful whenever any issues come up, which makes living here a lot easier. Also, every single person at the front desk is incredibly nice and welcoming.
Very smooth move in. Everyone from the property manager and everyone at the front of house are super friendly and helpful EDIT. Moving out after living here for two years (for personal reasons). The experience was great. Front of house Antoinette, Melanie, and Elizabeth are by the far best part of living here. Toni (Antoinette) was AMAZING helping my roommates and I move in. It was super chaotic but she was just so happy to help and made the whole thing move so smoothly, even when we thought it wouldn’t be possible.
