Solstice Healthcare was able to get me in really quickly when I needed support for my anxiety. They accept insurance, which made the whole process so much easier, and all of the providers I’ve worked with have been incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. Being able to do both therapy and medication management all in one place has been super helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for mental health support!

My experience with Solstice has been disappointing. I had my first meeting with an APRN on 7/10/25 for HRT. We had some back and forth on my blood tests. My last contact was on 8/14/25. A follow-up appointment was never scheduled. My prescriptions were not refilled. I would not recommend Solstice for HRT.
