Actually service the systems you install. Provide customers with a working number for support.
Inform customers that the rebates they promise will lower your payments are based off taxable income. I have a ton of tax deductions and will never see fed rebates, my power bill went from 125.00 month to 268.00. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and shady sales men are an understatement.

We were lied to by the sales person. We were then lied to by the "tax professional" who we found out from our CPA was lying to just about everyone he does business with. The only selling point Was The tax refunds to pay off part Of The system. Those tax refunds are credits not refunds. Then fill out a customer survey, only to be told the person who sold us the service and the supposed tax person don't work for them. Very shady and dishonest!!!!
I gave this company every chance to work with me and was really hoping they would come threw but unfortunately it has been one of the worse experiences of my life. They will say whatever they think you want to hear and then make up excuses later why they couldn't come threw. Taking over a month to let you know the final price. They installed a Google nest for a friend of mine and they did it wrong so it blew up their furnace. Literally thousands of dollars in damages. For the time being this company gets 1 star, if they make good on all their promises I’ll move them up. We signed a contract with them in the late summer/fall, didn’t get the panels installed till late December, electrical panel was not to code, so it was just changed out today, inspections still haven’t passed, so still not up and running. A generator was also included to be installed and online, still not completed. Still haven’t seen tax documents to include with our 2017 tax submission in order to get the tax credit.
