Security and management very rude. The condo management has a lot of ridiculous rules and charges. If you considering to move in to this place. Reconsider.
Until someone stole our bike from the parking lot, we hadn't experienced any issues with the security of the condo. However, I feel it's my responsibility to express my concern about the security measures implemented by the administration. One of the parking lots has no camera pointing directly at it, making it difficult to provide evidence in case of theft. It is easy for someone outside the building to enter and steal. If you live here and use the bike rack, please be cautious and take extra care to secure your belongings.
