Sara and Garrett with apartment life really made my time living there enjoyable. The community events they hosted always made a positive impact. If you have never attended their events, you’re missing out!
We've lived here at Solstice almost a year and love it! The staff and maintenance crew are incredible and so attentive. Any request we have is handled within 24 hours. The actual apartment is beautiful and we love the amenities and facilities. It's a beautiful place to live with a great walking trail and we love our daily walks. The community is so sweet here. My fiancée moved into Solstice at June Lake right when they opened and stayed for about 13 months. During our time we throughly enjoyed the amenities such as the spacious gym and the well kept dog park! The leasing office staff and maintenance people were always easily reachable and responded to any concerns/questions as promptly as they could. Very disappointing experience. The leasing agent, Alexys, was unprofessional and not welcoming at all—I had to pull basic information out of her, which shouldn’t be the case. The apartments themselves were mediocre at best. Dark units, poor layout, and nothing about them stood out. Overall, the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. Would not recommend.
My apartment space is great and works for my remote work. I have gotten to know the area very well. Maintenance is always responsive.
