I wouldn't recommend Solstice. The office staff and maintenance are really nice but the office manager Conn** is unprofessional. I've been here a few years & this by far is the worse manager & it's been many. My bathroom floors grout is stained & has been since day 1 & I asked if they could be cleaned or re-grouted because I can't remove the stains. She responded w/ the attached email. Horrible experience with the application process. Them turning me down is not my issue because Iâm in another complex that is much better. My issue is it has been 2 months and I still hadnât received the $75 that I was supposed to be refunded? What a waste!
