I wouldn't recommend Solstice. The office staff and maintenance are really nice but the office manager Conn** is unprofessional. I've been here a few years & this by far is the worse manager & it's been many. My bathroom floors grout is stained & has been since day 1 & I asked if they could be cleaned or re-grouted because I can't remove the stains. She responded w/ the attached email. Warning: under new management and ownership. Disregard reviews over 3 months old. Horrible assistant Manager, anti-customer service/manners.
I moved in shortly after they opened, and I have been able to see the progression of the complex. I was highly pleased when the complex was under Matrix, but I have had nothing but negative experiences with Peak management. The whole dynamic of the complex has changed. The individuals moving in are questionable, and the change in management was abrupt. I am so frustrated that I am breaking my lease early. I’ve been a resident here at Solstice since last October everything has been great until, June 7th. We were informed that the property was now under new management. A friend that I referred moved in and I was told that i would receive a referral fee one month after the move in date. However now that Peak management has taken over, I am now being told that i wont be receiving anything because “it was done under old management”. Horrible experience with the application process. Them turning me down is not my issue because Iâm in another complex that is much better. My issue is it has been 2 months and I still hadnât received the $75 that I was supposed to be refunded? What a waste!
Solstice is an awesome place to live! In June I sold my home in Gwinnett and was in the process of buying another house off Bohannon Rd. While on my way to look at it, I passed Solstice Apts. Well the house fell through so I decided to stop and look at Solstice. Just looking at the outside had me, but then upon meeting the staff I knew this was the place I needed to be. Let's clear up some negative reviews-\-\ 1. The staff is awesome! Extremely nice. 2. As a recent college grade who is rebuilding her credit, I was approved to move in and my score isn't in the 700-800 range. 3. There isn't a foul smell or any loitering. Lol All that to say I can't wait to move into my new home! I have been planning my final move to the Atlanta area for almost a year, yet couldn't find a place I LOVED until I toured Solstice.
