FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE!! FUTURE TENANTS BEWARE!! I resided in these apartment homes for 3 years. The communication here all around is so difficult, unless its something they want you to do. I moved out in November 2023 and they have refused to answer any questions regarding the charges they added to my account upon move out. Terrible place I rented here from April 2019 to March 2023. Walls are paper thin, can hear normal conversation in the apt next to you. Dog poop EVERYWHERE, no joke on a lap around the complex id see 15-20 logs that some owner didnt pick up. People used to be great but now they suck. Lots of very loud & aggressive residents, felt like an unsafe place by the time i left. Saw people get arrested, CPS on multiple occasions, animal control for neglect, you name it. Disappointing and Frustrating Experience at Josephine DTLA, Not Pet-Friendly, Unprofessional Management and Subpar Amenities Extremely disappointed with Josephine DTLA. The so-called 'dog run' is insect-infested and poorly maintained. The gym lacks basic equipment, and room appliances are substandard. Experienced unwarranted intrusion from staff and serious security concerns. Not recommended.
Avoid at all cost This apartment complex still gave me nightmares. My car was broken into twice within a month and the leasing office is useless. They don’t have anyone onsite and good luck getting in contact with them. I have 5+ packages stolen and a big water leak in my bedroom. Because they have no one onsite, there’s no one that I can reach and the leak was going uncontrollable. Worst community!!!!!! Unreasonably expensive. The apartment is old and most of the appliances don't work. Washer and dryer are the worst. Internet issues are frequent and management does not care to respond to calls or emails. Wort Place ever!!!!

Management and Customer Service is bad There have been break ins with little to no communication from the staff. There is a security company that is on call between 9p -5a, but anything that happens at 5a-8:30a or 6-9p is completely unprotected. The security company also isn't actively roaming or doing a good job to secure the building located in the middle of West Hollywood. Not a safe place to live Prior to signing my lease the apartment building was listed as "luxury ". Nothing luxury here. As a matter of fact I would call this place unsafe to live. I have been verbally and physically attacked by the homeless in the garage and on property, who tend to make this property their home. You can find better Run!! Avoid moving here. The number of security incidents or issues that have occurred throughout the time I've lived here is mind blowing. I moved in aug 2020.. Before I share I will add a little positivity to this because I love my unit. I'm grateful for the amenities inside the unit. I also appreciate the location as it's convenient for my life/work.
