Very professional. In and out in a very short time.
Very rude employee. First she was inside her room, and didn’t want to get up for appointment. I informed her that I checked in and she simply said something quickly and left. No one is in the office but she kept me waiting while she was on laptop which she didn’t turn off even when taking me in. When I Asked question how I could get my lab reports and she kept repeating the same thing and getting frustrated instead of understanding my questions. Very frustrated employee.
Juliette is awesome ! Makes sure she does everything to help her patient. Thanks to Juliette.
The employee that was there was very nice. She keep conversation going. Very pleasant person. That's good to see these days !
