Easy access and very nice employees. The wait time was great and the place was clean . I have been here twice and it’s been the same.
My visit was my most comfortable blood collection ever! The phlebotomist really knew what she was doing. I only felt a slight bit of pressure--no sting, didn't feel the needle going in. I'll be sure to use Quest again!
The local office is great. Fast service by friendly phlebotomist, usually very quick to get me in and out. However, the time it has been a week with no test results. You cannot reach anyone in the local lab by telephone which leaves 3 options: online chat, online message to their customer service department, or a telephone call. Tried all 3 with absolutely zero progress made in getting to anyone who could provide the answer. Their customer service after the initial draw at the local office is non-existent.
