Very rude and bad attitude from the on-site nurse. Completely automated system put forth by the company and very frustrating. Good luck with your visit. There will be a long wait.
Customer service is non-existent! If you don't have an appointment, they will not help you even if nobody else is waiting. Stay away unless you have all day to wait.
Fast no wait lab tests. At other places i have gone through multi sticks to have blood drawn. I was very happy with how efficient they were. I checked in through text, barely sat down and I was called back. Everything was thoroughly cleaned. Did quick vein check found a good one and one stick blood drawn. Definitely will ask to go to this location if I need blood drawn in future.
Very nice experience! I've never been to a lab outside of my normal doctor's office until this morning. I made an appointment online yesterday for this morning (use the online method instead of the phone method, it's much easier!). I was nervous because of the reviews but it was clean, the lady that drew my blood was very friendly and it went quickly. I was in and out in 6 minutes.
