Hands down the worst patient/customer experience I’ve ever had in a Quest Lab. I went to have my bloodwork redrawn because they messed up my lab work the first time and didn’t complete the right tests. Now this phlebotomist Michelle is asking for me to pay a $38 bill that I haven’t received yet in the mail and says she can’t draw my blood until this balance is paid. My blood was drawn for COVID-19 Antibody test on May 21st. It is now June 1, no results. What gives?

Since they don't do employer drug testing, you can get in and out really fast here. I show up when they open at 7:30 and I'm called back in less than five minutes and done quickly.

Very fast and efficient especially when compared with Labcorp. Do not go through the main hospital entrance. I recommend that you park by the Physicians Plaza. Then take elevator to the 2nd Floor. When you step out of the elevator you take a quick left to enter the main hallway. Once in the hallway head right...you’ll see the sign on the door on the left. Suite #240
