My lab technician was great!!
Horrible experience at the Quest lab in Douglas, GA. I went to drop off a specimen and when I got there no one was at the reception desk so I signed in. Then waited about 15 mins and a lab tech came out and asked her if I could drop off my specimen and she said I'd have to wait because I had to sign something. I waited over an hour to drop off the specimen for what took less than 2 minutes to do. I'd give negative stars if possible.
