Shena who helped at Church Street location in Greensboro, NC was amazing. So funny, patient and gentle with my daughter who was getting blood drawn for the first time. I had an appt and waited about 5-10 minutes so not bad at all!
All you ever do is WAIT WAIT WAIT. My appointment was at 10, got seen at 12:30! How long does it take to draw blood?!
Sat here for over two hrs to get blood work for my son. I understand it was a walk in but when less than 20 people have been able to get blood drawn in 2.5hrs you might need either more staff or better trained staff. Ridiculous!
It was a great experience. The person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgable.
