Do NOT take children here. I've come here as an adult many times and it has been usually positive experiences. For THIRTY minutes (9:40am-10:10am) we sat in the waiting room listening to a very young child SCREAM while they were trying to get a sample. She was saying "Can I go home?" As a mom, this BROKE me. Wow I have used them for years, today after arriving the lobby was full I waited for almost two hours. I was a walk in as I have been many times before. I use them because they are more convenient for my busy schedule but never again. The lobby emptied 2 times and the girl Karla let me just sit and wait. I have encountered different people working at the facility and this is by far my worse experience yet.They have loss a customer, because I respect businesses that value patrons time and it's obvious they no longer do. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This Quest location is poorly run and needs better supervision. Because of a medical condition getting blood work requires premedication and taking the day off from work, so getting blood drawn is a big ordeal. Not only did the phlebotomist blow the vein, leaving a 5 inch bruise, but FAILED TO SEND IN HALF of the blood vials they took to the lab, rendering the test and day off of work useless because they are only good for 24 hours and then must be redrawn. You will have a longer wait without an appointment - please make an appointment! I did and my wait after my appointment time was only about 15 min. Karla made this a 5-star experience. She was so sweet. She had to call my provider for some missing information and was patient. She’s very knowledgeable about what she does. I barely felt the needle stick! Thank you Karla for a great experience!
