What was once a luxurious, highly sought after building has dramatically fallen from its prestigious reputation due to multiple building sales between management companies, and has fallen into the hands of some of the worst building management I have ever dealt with, GO Residential Management LLC. Aggressive rent hikes (> 30% personally) as well as inhumane / spiteful management are just the tip of the iceberg. Find a different building, this is not what it used to be. When I first moved into this building 3 years ago with Solow it was amazing! Such a caring and kind management company. HOWEVER since GO management has taken over the building has gone down hill. The GO management is heartless, refuses to communicate over the phone, and above all is RUDE. Since they have taken over elevators are always broken, water problems and shut downs are the norm. When you are paying for a luxury building you expect a basic level of customer service. I would not rent from this building unless you like ... read more
