We received 4 bids for our 40 solar panels. Most important to us was that as we became more knowledgeable about solar systems, we became aware that Syed took the time to answer every question we asked, honestly and accurately. That is not something we can say about one other very popular installer in our area who made exaggerated and inaccurate claims. Out of 6 different quotes Syed from Solora was the most professional, knowledgeable and honest. His was the most complete, detailed and fully customized quote by far - 12 pages with full technical information for backup. There was no question he could not answer immediately, technical or otherwise, (I'm a retired Engineer, my wife a retired Accountant, we asked a lot!). I Purchased a 12kW system in Eastern Washington. It has been up and running for about 3 weeks now. I am very happy with the experience I had with Solora Solar. My questions were always answered quickly, I had a preexisting issue with my main breaker which was resolved at no cost to me, the installation was done quickly and professionally. Actual solar installation took 2-3 days, had to wait on inspectors and power company etc. The cost of the system is easily justified based on the incentives and current production in March.... read more

I had an excellent experience. There were prompt with their quote and the instillation of the system. The final cost was what they quoted me it would be. With the power that the system is generating it should pay for itself within the next 5 to 6 years as they said it would. I would recommend them to anybody that asked.
