This company is extremely outdated. We purchased a property in GA years ago, and they "assume" that there was no change of management or ownership. How can you tell a company when they obtained a new asset? In good faith, we kept paying for the services even though the pools have been closed for years. We have record where over the years, Kings has refused to cancel the contract, that we did not even sign, and hold us to the terms. This contract is from 2008, it is not 2025. We love having the Kings-III emergency dialer. Our pool side push button emergency dialer stopped working in a rain and lightning storm after about four years of use. The company sent a technician to us within about 40 hours of my call. He knew immediately what was wrong. He fixed the issue by replacing a couple of parts. He also replaced the slightly sun faded face plate. All for a no charge repair service call. We do test our push button dialer often as recommended by the company.
