I initially called them to schedule a repair for the pool communication system, and they confirmed they would come out the next day. Instead, they attempted to show up the same day without any notice. When I called back to reschedule, the next available appointment was suddenly 20 days away. They need to improve their follow-through and stick to their commitments...... Update: They showed up the same day once again? Luckily, I was able to step away to get this done. This company left me stuck in an elevator for almost an hour while REFUSING to contact the fire department to quickly get me out. They stated this was their protocol. Is this even legal to EVER deny me outreach to emergency services? I never signed a contract with you assigning you rights to deny me emergency services. I am a recent stroke and heart surgery patient, and have no business being left stuck in an elevator for an hour being refused emergency removal service.
