When I drop off packages for my loved one, they have gone missing or items have been taken from the bags. There is no accountability and apparently no cameras to catch the thieves who help themselves to what is not theirs.
The nursing home section is a Horrible place. They neglect their patients. Contemplating legal action. If you want your loved one cared for with dignity and respect run away. They are awful people. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. Deplorable to the poor residents who don’t have advocates
RecommendedIf there ever could be a competition for the best comprehensive care nursing home (boundaries unknown), Solon Pointe shuld win hands down. A wonderful staff during ordinary times has, during this coronavirus emergency, really stepped up. Nurses and aids have been efficient and reassuring. The kitchen staff has come through with some epicurean delights. Activities have been directed at the individual level. I arrived here 3 years ago wondering if I made a mistake. NO! This facility has been as good as can be.
this is the second most disgusting nursing home I have ever been in the people who to do patient care are too lazy they want to talk on their phones all day and party the company they hired a clean does a lousy job the food is served cold you complain and they promise you they will fix it and nothing gets done I was there almost 3 weeks and complained about my TV on the first day I was in there I complain to Joe who is supposed to be in charge he promised to TV would be fixed that day 3 days before I left they finally brough... read more
Superb facility with great staff, an excellent nurse-to-patient/resident ratio (higher than most others), attention to every need and detail, terrific meals for residents, well-planned activities for many interests, MD or nurse practitioner on site daily, beauty salon on site, various religious affiliations hold services regularly, shopping excursions for residents, etc. Much more to recommend about this place!

Wonderful facility. Absolutely beautiful. They have an exceptional continuum of care which allows one to transition from short term rehab to Assisted Living or Long Term care based off their need. These people do it RIGHT!
