This review is based off a male experience. I had a very subpar, and unfair manicure at this location. I've visited 3x in the past but this last experience was disappointing and refund worthy. I must say these days, services are catered more toward females, not males. Males are welcomed but its different engagement. I don't always want a gel coat or clear polish on my finger nails, and that's heavily promoted here. That is more of a seldom dress-up occasion option for me. Kim is great. I called Friday and asked if they had an apt around 4. I got off work early and was there by 2. No Waite.. nails look great!!
