A relative of mine went in to buy ring cleaning solution and was told they didn’t carry it but offered to clean her wedding ring. She was not informed there would be a charge of twenty dollars and was told afterward that she needed to pay. This is unacceptable. A business should let the customer know about charges. I have never been charged for ring cleaning. It is a service that is free.
I dropped off my wedding band that had been cut off my finger and needed to be desoldered. When Steve called me a few hours later I thought something was wrong! Instead he was done!! My ring looked as good as new, I’m beyond thrilled with this store.
