We came to the shop 20min before it close just to have a look . Keith was so nice and friendly , he definitely love is work and know what is talking about . He's been really helpful for choose our floor and all for a really reasonable price ! At the we left the shop an hour later but Keith was still happy and friendly . Keith always answer the phone and help you for everything . Best costumer service I see so far ! Thanks Keith.

Keith was more than helpful from the moment I stepped into the store. Our renovations have had lots of issues and delays, hence floor installations were very delayed. But Keith was ridiculously patient and understanding. The trades that he recommended, floor grinder - Steve and floor installer - James were great too. They were efficient, helpful and did the work professionally and beautifully. I recently had floorboards installed in my townhouse by Solomons Carpets and the service was faultless. Keith provided informed and honest advice and was patient with my questions. The floorboards were installed with precision and thoroughness by Jessie who was the ultimate professional. Great service by team.
