Every time I call the guy that answers is rude. And has no customer service experience! He need to be fired! Or reported to higher management. He’s always in a poop mood and has such an attitude.

I had a really wonderful experience today with Larry at Solomon’s finest. I had a remote start installed by another place that went out of business right after the install. My remote start stopped working after Toyota in Oakbrook removed it and reinstalled it incorrectly during a routine checkup. I looked around for months to find someone who was familiar with the remote start system that was in my car. I found Larry through yelp and he was very quick to respond to all of my questions.
