when my wife got in an accident the nightmare began. They were rude and wouldnt return my calls. I asked to talk to his suporvisor and he was ever ruder! Now i go to see what coverage we have left to use on our new car and they say were not covered it wont apply to the new car(3months worth) and they wont give me a refunnd.
