Took my daughter in for an emergency procedure and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were able to see us right away and Ms. Makayla was the absolute BEST! So so kind and personable, she made my daughter feel at ease during an otherwise stressful situation. We ended up seeing both dentists and they were great per usual, and the girls at checkout were superb as well!
All the staff are always super friendly and the doctors say things clearly and make it easy to understand. I definitely recommend coming here!
Procedures are super rushed. Dentist took less than 3 minutes to file and place a crown per molar. My 3 year old was put in recovery with dried blood on his face- the dentist nor assistant took no time to even wipe him. The recovery tech was so apologetic. I asked several times for a cup for water which I never got from the receptionist. My son also now has an open bite which should've been checked prior to us leaving. He will have to make a 6 hr round trip back to adjust a glaringly problematic bite that he didnt have befor... read more
My nephews and I had the best experience. The moment you walk in you’re greeted by friendly staff and our amazing dental assistant Payton helped both of my boys out today. They both can be rambunctious but she was very patient and understanding and so thoughtful and careful when it came to them. I also just want to say everyone who worked there is so kind from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I’m so happy I chose Solomon pediatric for their dentist.
Dr Chu made me feel comfortable and explained everything I was going to hear during my tooth extraction. Only wish they had an office in Walterboro that we could go to for regular dental appointments.for now to me the hour drive to have the best care by Dr Chu we will drive.
