Great experience. The staff is wonderful. The office is very clean and inviting. I felt very comfortable and I would recommend this office to family and friends. The dentist has a great bedside manner and explain things very well. The hygienist is very meticulous. Many thanks to Northside family dentistry.

Dr Vicente is the only one I trust. I live in Florida and will travel to Charleston just to see him, He saved my tooth and did a same day crown for me. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I feel at home at northside family dentistry his whole staff makes you feel comfortable always. I have had horrible experiences with other doctors and I am so happy I found Dr. Vicente!!
I went to Dr. Vicente's office in awful pain with one of my wisdom teeth. I did not have insurance so I was advised of the Careington 500 plan and I signed up for it and was seen the very next day. There was no wait, they took me right in. At first I though I was going to have to be referred to an oral surgeon being it was a wisdom tooth and it was broken. I was thinking the worst because not many other dentist offices accept the Careington plan and I really did not have several hundred dollars just to get one tooth pulled. ... read more
They pulled a tooth with an access. Suppose to give antibiotics for a few days then pull.. they we rushing... then they said they sent in the scripts to the pharmacy for afterward but never did. Tried calling from pharmacy many time no answer. So I had to go back I there took me 45 minutes for then to send the script in as I'm waiting in there office. For it ended up being 3 hours after tooth being pulled numbing wore completely of and no meds yet. he had to hold to the hospital due to pain. Glad he did notice the access lo... read more
