My feelings are very mixed at this point. To be clear, the reason our vehicle was brought in for service appears to have been resolved. However, after sitting outside for a week at the dealership it was in need of a good wash and detail. Upon doing so, I noticed a dent in the body just above the right tail light. This is the worst dealership ever for service. I drop my truck off on Monday August 4 today is August 13. I was seating in the lobby and the service manager Reggie said I don’t know when we will look at it .I went to pick up my keys no one looked at my truck or called and said hey man we can’t look fix or diagnose your truck for a week or two. Looking for a truck.... thought this would be in better shape or adjust what they're asking for it.
I would NOT recommend anyone coming here. I left my vehicle here for 3 weeks for them to fix. They called me and told me they fixed the issue. It had an oil leak when I brought it in. When I picked it up, the check engine light was still on and the vehicle would not start. They jumped it and I bought a battery. The next day the vehicle began cutting off when stopping.
