We could not be happier than we are with Solo! We met with 3 other companies before Solo and they did not even compare to the level of expertise and knowledge! The other companies missed most of the spots that needed to be treated and repaired. They also said they were only capable of patching work instead of replacing wood because the wood was load bearing. Excellent experience. Everyone we dealt with was great. Everything was clearly explained as we needed quite a bit of wood replaced. Jeff, the inspector was very comprehensive in his report compared to other companies I received quotes from. When the work began other problems cropped up with undeflying wood damage and rot and this brought in Steve, the construction manager.
