As I come up on 1 year living at Solo Lofts, I can not recommend it to future tenants based on my experience. The steep rent was not worth the quality of the building and management. Between broken elevators, break-ins, stolen packages, and bare bones amenities, there are far better options in the area for the same price (try Valdok, Odin, or Ballard Yards--similar vibes, same/cheaper monthly rent, far more amenities) Here's the con: 1.
