I placed an order on Aug 15 2024. They took the money on Aug 16 2024. It is Sept 6 2024 and I have not received the sprayer or any shipping confirmation or status. No one answers the phone whether it is customer service, shipping, accounts receivable, or human resources. I have left messages by phone in multiple departments and by email and Facebook post. If you are going to purchase Solo products do it through another company. The products are the best but I ordered two sprayers on May 21 and they were supposedly delivered on June 2. I never have received them and customer service took till 12 June to basically tell me they must have been stolen and to call the police. As I said the products them selves are good so buy them through another company.

Worst backpack....will be switching brands with my company. Backpack neck leaks RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, they will tell you "Nobody has reported to us any leak problems". Straps CONSTANTLY come undone, o-ring falls out of the cap 10 times a day. I can't find a single feature that functions without some sort of trouble. You will be returned the replacements and I'll be returning the other to get my $ back. And to say that y'all haven't been reported to about leaks....is a BIG FAT LIE.
