I contacted them on a Tuesday and was able to get an appointment the next day, the exam process and picking out new frames was a breeze and it only took about an hour
Very nice and professional.
Dr Kristina was really thorough in explaining what she found, and answered my questions patiently. Laura was super detail oriented when explaining the different aspects of lenses. I felt like all the staff had my best interests in mind and were taking the necessary time (vs trying to rush me through the process).
