Efficient but the staff is extremely rude. I called to see how I could obtain a replacement receipt and he was very defensive and rude. He told me to go to the website and dial the number on the site to get the receipt. I called the number on the Solo Diagnostics website and he answered the phone again. He was talking over me and I couldn't even get a word in to tell him I called the number that he instructed me to do. I went to the facility today to get background check and fingerprint to obtain my nursing license. The employee was unwilling to answer my question. I asked, "How do I obtain this document, is it something i should look for in the mail or will it be sent to the licensure office"? He said, go online and look. I said, " You can't give me any information? He said , "no, go online and look. So I did, and I still have no answers.

Good location for Southsiders. The technician, while competent and efficient was uninformative to the point of being rude.
