Dishonesty, which is what I was looking for in a realtor. It's hard enough to purchase a house in the market today without your realtor making it harder. If you have a different realtor other than them that you are working with, you can accept that you are not going to have the best experience.
Larry and Carol are so efficient and really get the job done. About 14 years ago we needed to sell our parents farm quickly and move them in to town. They got the farm sold so rapidly and located another excellent house
