I give five stars because the one person that answers the emails and calls you back. Is phenomenal. I was having the worst day ever and they called And helped me through some things that I needed help with and made my day a lot better. It’s the little things like that, that will make a big difference. We need more people like that in the world. My mother paid a $300 deposit for a consultation for dementia assessment. This required an extensive paperwork process and deposits just for a consult. She was canceled on last minute and after a follow up discussion, they could not service her. They've kept her deposit. Billing is unresponsive. I would not recommend this company.
