My mother paid a $300 deposit for a consultation for dementia assessment. This required an extensive paperwork process and deposits just for a consult. She was canceled on last minute and after a follow up discussion, they could not service her. They've kept her deposit. Billing is unresponsive. I would not recommend this company.
Waited two months for simple communication. Have tried repeatedly contacting said company. Always go to voicemail. Highly unprofessional. Very aggravating, especially when I have been repeatedly patient and polite. Never even started my testing. But not because I didn't ask to do it. TWO MONTHS. Fix your customer service and communication issues.
The staff are all welcoming and friendly and provide a positive experience for anyone who comes in. I recommend Sollars and Associates 10/10.
