Honestly, just a terrible counseling company. Had my insurance change and it was basically impossible to get a hold of my former counselor or billing office. Billing office only likes to communicate when they send you fake bills for sessions you never had, because that's how unorganized they are (they can't even do paperless billing). It may be hard but just find another place for counseling. They don't even use best practices for therapy (like CBT or psychoanalysis).
