Such a great place! The staff is so nice and Brenna is the real MVP 🫶
I honestly love living here. It's close enough to Downtown while not feeling like I'm directly in it. I can walk to my favorite restaurants, and even my favorite tattoo shop! The folks who help run this place are kind and try to help as best as they can. The amenities are lovely to have, and the prices are reasonable for what they offer.
Edited 8/4: Coming up on 2 years living here so wanted to circle back to give an updated review. Pros: -Great location, very safe, walkable community. -The units are pretty nice. The appliances are modern and I have not had many issues with them. -Maintenance is quick - I've never had to wait longer than a day to get something fixed. -90% of the time it is pretty quiet. The pool has been closed many times this summer. The apartment fails to let residents know when it is closed. Also the hallways smell like a dumpster with the trash stinking up the hallways waiting for the trash company to pick them up. 🤢
