Edited 8/4: Coming up on 2 years living here so wanted to circle back to give an updated review. Pros: -Great location, very safe, walkable community. -The units are pretty nice. The appliances are modern and I have not had many issues with them. -Maintenance is quick - I've never had to wait longer than a day to get something fixed. -90% of the time it is pretty quiet. The pool has been closed many times this summer. The apartment fails to let residents know when it is closed. Also the hallways smell like a dumpster with the trash stinking up the hallways waiting for the trash company to pick them up. 🤢
Highly recommend Soll! Great view of downtown if you get an East facing unit and sunset reflects nicely off the skyscrapers so you still get to experience it facing East! Decent gym. I appreciate the set-up of large walk in closets connecting the bedrooms and bathrooms. Many great restaurants and shops in short walking distance (highly recommended Eatery A happy hour deal). Very helpful and friendly staff! Can’t speak to the pool area since I moved in late fall.
Great location and very nice apartment space and amenities. I have a studio which is very spacious and a separated bedroom area from the kitchen. Staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance responds quickly. The garage parking offered is expensive and the garage is very dusty, which leaves my car dirty. But I guess that’s better than snow and ice.
