I am in the process of looking for a local estate planning attorney who can set up a will and possibly a trust for me and can possibly act as a backup executor and trustee to my estate. I wanted to meet with 3 local attorneys to determine which would be the best fit. However, when I called to set up a quick initial meeting I was told that there would be a $300 fee.
