They have two beautiful courses and we play the Cyprus today very very difficult course. Especially the first time you play it. It's a beautiful retirement community with all the amenities you can think of. I cannot wait to get out there again thank you solivita
The ambiance and picturesque community is lovely; unfortunately, there are many shortcomings in some of the amenities and the ambiance outside the community is especially disappointing. The traffic is depressing and the lack of infrastructure outside the community is appalling. Next is the myth of the 3 restaurants. In reality only one is a true restaurant that is open daily and the food and service are subpar. The second can be best described as a deli with overpriced mediocre food. I love SOLIVITA, there are many activities, crafts, parties, classes of all kinds, there are 16 swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzis, there are all kinds of classes (barre, pilates, aerobics, pool classes, dance classes and much more) there are restaurants, there is a pizzeria. Here it seems like you are in Disney in the sense that all the residents greet you, there is soccer, tennis, many sports that I have not mentioned, it has a beautiful Down Town, endless landscapes that you have to enjoy. Very disappointed with Taylor Morrison. We purchased a home in Bella Lago community and the sales agent lied to us in order to sell the property indicating a trailer built at the side of the home would be removed in around 2 months. It has been more than 1 year and that horrible trailer is still in the lot at the side of our residence. We tried multiple times to communicate with Taylor Morrison and they still don’t have an estimate of when they will remove that trailer.
