RecommendedWhat a lovely weekend in the mountains! Solitude Pointe is quiet, clean, very well maintained and close to many activities. The owners are gracious hosts. Woodland cabin was spotless, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped for a family stay. We’ll be back!
Very nice RV park. Quiet, peaceful. And the staff is terrific. We will be returning.
Friendly owners, clean bathhouse, owner leads you to your campsite and helps you get pulled/backed in. He even provides boards and levels your camper for you. I didn’t even have to get out of my truck. It’s located about 45 mins from most of the popular waterfalls which seems to be the normal for the area. They bring around activity list for the week and place it on your camper. The campground offers a nice play area for kids with a play set and basketball area. It definitely is a hidden gem.

I love coming to Solitude Point! Lots of great hiking close by and a nice, small, quiet campground. The best part is that Rodney helps my hubby park the 5th wheel and I don’t have to!! 😉
Stayed in Mountain Cabin. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is a little small but I could use the steps to the loft for my toiletries! I had TV, DVD, CD player but didn’t use them as the weather was nice and I was in and out. Very comfortable bed. Yes, I would definitely stay here again!
Nice quiet resort nestled in the foothills of the South Carolina Mountains. Shaded camp sites or cabins with jacuzzi tubs to relax.

Solitude point is an absolute hidden gem in the most peaceful setting. The cabins are immaculately clean and comfortable. Rodney and Amy are extremely friendly amazing hosts. If you ever get a chance make this a spot to come visit you won’t regret it. Five stars all the way!!!
