This was a life changing event for me. Steffany was able to fix my hip,glute,low-back area the day before a triathlon race. My body was imbalanced from some heavy work, my torso was literally out of alignment with my lower body, and my low back felt like it was going to lock up. Steffany knew what to do. I had never had a massage and did not believe it could work the miracle it did. She knew how to stretch out my hips and massage the low-back area. For several years I suffered with back and foot pain. I spent a significant amount of money on orthotics, doctors, chiropractors, etc. without any real relief. I went through structural with Steffany. The results have been miraculous. Between her incredible skills and my diligence with the therapy exercises she taught me, I no longer need the orthotics and my back only bothers me occasionally. I am a year out from my original treatment and the changes are holding.
