This was a life changing event for me. Steffany was able to fix my hip,glute,low-back area the day before a triathlon race. My body was imbalanced from some heavy work, my torso was literally out of alignment with my lower body, and my low back felt like it was going to lock up. Steffany knew what to do. I had never had a massage and did not believe it could work the miracle it did. She knew how to stretch out my hips and massage the low-back area.
